This tranquil location by the river is the perfect base to explore the nearby woods and lakes. Enjoy a lovely walk along the river, starting at a nearby lock, and take in the beautiful sunset from your suite's balcony. the friendly staff at this historic castle made us feel like royalty. Our suite was tastefully furnished, with a comfortable bed, duvet, and all the amenities we could need. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the service was unobtrusive.
Like many hotels, some of the facilities could be better.

We had a great weekend! The hotel had a prime location right next to a river, which made for picturesque views during our stay. The rooms were apartment-style with kitchenettes, which was perfect for our needs. We also appreciated the self-service breakfast, which offered great quality and fresh options.
The room's heating was stuck on, which was a bit uncomfortable during the summer. the kitchenette was not fully equipped, which made preparing hot beverages a bit challenging.

Great location near a beautiful river, and surrounded by greenery. the apartments are all large and spacious. A personal touch is added with the kitchenette in each unit. the staff is friendly and really helpful, pointing us in the right direction for good food nearby.
Sadly, we were disappointed to discover that the restaurant was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and the Italian restaurant nearby was also closed, forcing us to venture further away for dinner. the decor felt outdated, the in-room kitchenette lacked adequate kitchen equipment.
